Absolutely Lucy

 

Proving such a success within the first 12 months of publication, Absolutely Lucy has gone self-hosted with a brand new look and is now attracting around 3,000 views a month. The blog has now branched out from covering just lifestyle to travel, festivals, food, and much more, and will be my main channel for documenting my travels across South-East Asia, Australia and New Zealand. 

 

After previously being featured as Blogger of the Week for both The Bloggers' Lounge and The Blog Guide, Absolutely Lucy received its greatest honour yet when it was shortlisted in the Individual Travel section of the UK Blog Awards, chosen out of over 2,000 entries. The results are released in April.

 

With a social media following of over 3,000 across Facebook, Twitter, Bloglovin', Instagram and Tumblr, I'm keener than ever to keep building on this and start working with brands that fit with my blog. In the past I have run sponsored posts in exchange for products, and have reviewed restaurants, food markets and various shows. In the future, I hope to introduce more of these to Absolutely Lucy, but only if the products and companies fit with my brand.
